The business facility GTC X on Milutina Milankovića Boulevard encompasses 17,000 m2 of premium office space leased to domestic and foreign companies. The building is designed in accordance with the prestigious GOLD LEED certification, an internationally recognized certification program for constructing energy-efficient buildings.

During the implementation of this project, ION Solutions implemented through BMS:

• Monitoring and control of air conditioning chambers with associated VAV dampers

• Monitoring and management of the gas thermal substation, as well as heat pumps and chillers

• Management of FanCoil units

• Monitoring and management of fire ventilation

• Electricity consumption monitoring

• Diesel generator monitoring.

This contributed to the energy efficiency of this business facility.

Lamex is a company from Novi Sad that has been engaged in custom furniture production from panel materials for 20 years.

In this business facility, ION Solutions has implemented a BMS system for:

• Managing and monitoring the status of fan coil unit zone controllers
• Reading temperature and air pressure sensors on recuperator units
• Remote reading of voltage, current, and consumption from a Schneider Electric meter via ModBus communication
• Remote reading and displaying consumption from water meters via M-Bus communication.
