GTC House is a six-storey office building in New Belgrade with an underground garage with a gross area of 13500m2. The building has been operational since 2004, and in 2018, the old non-functional BMS and access control system were replaced.

BMS manages two air chambers for ventilation of business premises, local ventilation and smoke fans, outdoor and indoor lighting, heat substation with 3 heat pumps and heating via the city heating plant, fan coils by segments and two server chillers.

In addition to the BMS, a central access control system has been installed on 15 doors in the tenants' rooms, public rooms and the ramp at the entrance to the garage.
The works included the complete dismantling of the old BMS and access control and installation of new systems.
