The business facility GTC X on Milutina Milankovića Boulevard encompasses 17,000 m2 of premium office space leased to domestic and foreign companies. The building is designed in accordance with the prestigious GOLD LEED certification, an internationally recognized certification program for constructing energy-efficient buildings.

During the implementation of this project, ION Solutions implemented through BMS:

• Monitoring and control of air conditioning chambers with associated VAV dampers

• Monitoring and management of the gas thermal substation, as well as heat pumps and chillers

• Management of FanCoil units

• Monitoring and management of fire ventilation

• Electricity consumption monitoring

• Diesel generator monitoring.

This contributed to the energy efficiency of this business facility.
