Hotel Calisi is located in Belgrade on the picturesque banks of the Sava River, offering a superb blend of comfort and elegance.

To simplify management for hotel staff and enhance guest experience, ION Solutions has integrated an HDL system in all common areas of the hotel - reception, lobby, and restaurant. This system controls lighting through predefined scenarios, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Grand Hotel & SPA is located on Kopaonik, the most prestigious ski resort in Serbia, situated in the heart of the tourist center and Kopaonik National Park at an altitude of 1770 meters. For four decades, Grand Kopaonik has been synonymous with exclusivity and unparalleled quality. To ensure a high level of comfort, service, and energy efficiency, a Building Management System (BMS) and HDL hotel system have been implemented.

In the rooms, a system is installed to manage lighting, heating, and cooling using fan coil units and underfloor heating. Automatic detection of guest presence and window opening enhances energy efficiency, along with SOS buttons and master switches controlled by customized multifunctional panels. Additionally, lighting automation is applied in common areas.

The BMS at Grand Hotel integrates various systems including underfloor heating and fan coil units in common areas, pool technology, air recuperators, smoke extraction, pressurization, ventilation, district heating substation, and energy consumption measurement.

Located in the heart of the renowned Terazije Street in Belgrade, Hotel Lumiere is a blend of the magic of cinema and the charm of hospitality. Inspired by the Lumière brothers, pioneers of the film industry, this hotel pays tribute to the very location where their revolutionary art first shone in this city.

Hotel Lumiere features 82 modernly designed rooms equipped with smart systems, a luxurious spa center with a pool and saunas, a meeting room, a restaurant, and a rooftop cocktail bar.

To ensure a high level of comfort and energy efficiency, the HDL hotel system has been implemented.

The system includes:

• Room access control
• Complete lighting management
• Heating and cooling via Fan Coil units
• Shutters
• Curtains
• Automatic guest presence detection
• Window openness detection to achieve maximum energy efficiency.

The user interfaces consist of tablets and control panels.

In the center of Belgrade, in Njegoševa Street, the Moxy Belgrade Hotel has opened as part of the Marriott International hotel chain.

ION Solutions has integrated an HDL system for managing lighting and blinds in the Moxy hotel.

The prestigious Hotel Bristol was originally opened in 1912. It was restored in 2024-2025 to regain its former glory.

ION Solutions automated this hotel by implementing a BMS system that manages:

• 18 air handling units

• Ventilation

• Exterior and interior lighting

• Sanitary hot water boilers

• Underfloor heating

Additionally, the system monitors:

• The status of main switches in the low-voltage block

• Alarm states of sprinklers, pumps, pressure-boosting systems, and grease separators

• Remote reading of electricity and water consumption for commercial spaces

The new, modern boutique hotel with 3 stars, Aria, is located in a quiet part of Užice, on the banks of the river Đetinja. Hotel Aria Užice consists of 21 accommodation units that are fully automated.

The system includes room access control with hotel signaling (do not disturb, pick up laundry, and call maid), room number display with backlighting, ID card holder with hotel signaling control, and a multifunctional central panel for lighting, heating, and cooling control.

In the very center of Zlatibor, just a few steps from the lake, lies the Ministry of Interior resort, Narcis. During its renovation, our integrators implemented the following systems:

• Card-based room access system
• Lighting control
• Fan coil unit control
• In-room alarm system
• Magnetic contacts on windows and doors
• Flood detectors
• Power outlet control

All of these features were implemented with the aim of ensuring comfort, safety, and energy savings.
