The GTC Avenue 19 building is an office building in New Belgrade where ION Solutions replaced the old, non-functional BMS and access control system.
Subsystems covered by the new BMS:
- 10 air handling units for building ventilation
- preparation of chilled water for cooling the building and server rooms
- preparation of hot water for heating the building
- management of fan coil units in the building
- garage ventilation
- control of exterior lighting, underground garage lighting, and lighting in public areas.
The access control system has been implemented on 21 doors and 4 garage ramps.
