In the heart of Belgrade's business district, at the site of the former "Tri lista duvana" tavern, stands a newly constructed commercial building with fully equipped office spaces for rent.

The building has 9 floors with approximately 8,300 square meters of usable space, where a BMS (Building Management System) has been implemented to manage:

• the heat substation,
• the cooling substation,
• 4 air handling units,
• fan coils, and to monitor the energy consumption of the tenants' spaces.

In the central building NLB Komercijalne banke in Podgorica, Montenegro, an identical system has been implemented as in Belgrade. The system manages fan coil units, window open detection, lighting, hot water boilers, and blinds in the commercial space using HDL multifunctional panels.

The BMS monitors and controls a heat pump, machinery station, 3 climate chambers, ventilation, 3 diesel generators, 4 UPS devices, 2 air conditioning units, electricity consumption (30 electric meters), and fire dampers (over 60 fire dampers).

In New Belgrade, Block 65, the investor Exing B&P has built a new modern office building, TB65. This contemporary office facility consists of two sections.

In both sections, ION Solutions has implemented a BMS that manages:

• Air handling units - for the air conditioning and ventilation of office spaces
• Thermal substation - for the production and distribution of hot water
• Fan coil units
• and performs:
• Monitoring of fire system status
• Monitoring of diesel generator status.

Schneider Electric has opened its new IT center named InGrid in the renovated Novkabel hall in the industrial zone of Novi Sad. ION Solutions has implemented BMS, KNX, PME, and access control in the building.

BMS controls: ventilation, heating/cooling, air handling units, heating substation, solar power plant, transformer station, car chargers, data center monitoring, emergency lighting, fire protection system, and more.

KNX at InGrid manages: lighting, windows, blinds, and VRV systems.

PME monitors the transformer station, diesel generator, and energy consumption throughout the facility.

Access control includes 85 doors, 14 barriers, and an alarm system.

In the administrative building of Elektromreže Srbije a.d. in Belgrade, ION Solutions has implemented a BMS (Building Management System) that manages:

• 2 air handling units
• the heating substation
• indoor lighting
• heating and cooling via fan coil units.

The IQ Business Center is a new project by the Novi Sad-based company Bulevar Invest. This state of the art, energy-efficient commercial building spans 12 floors and covers 10,000 square meters, catering to the IT and business sectors. The building is constructed in accordance with the highest international standards of energy efficiency.

To ensure an efficient and energy-saving system, ION Solutions has implemented a system for managing fan coil units and lighting across all 12 floors of this commercial building, as well as for managing the heat substation, garage ventilation, and smoke extraction system.

ISC Contact d.o.o. from Belgrade has built its new business premises at Porečka 13, where ION Solutions has implemented a BMS (Building Management System) to manage floor and radiator heating, indoor and outdoor lighting, and integrated the alarm system.

EnergyNet has been in existence for over 30 years and has built its new, modern office building at Temerinska 111 in Novi Sad.

ION Solutions participated in this project by implementing the Smart Home™ system and BMS, thereby contributing to the improved functionality of the building and significant energy savings.

The office space is equipped with a system for managing:

• lighting
• heating
• cooling
• thermal substation
• heat pumps
• air handling units with air quality control.

NLB Bank, through the acquisition of Komercijalna Banka, has become one of the leading banks in the region with a large network of branches. ION Solutions automated the central building of NLB Komercijalna Banka in New Belgrade, over 140 branches across Serbia, and the bank's central building in Podgorica, Montenegro.

In the central building in New Belgrade, integrated systems include fan coil units, window open detection, DALI controllers for lighting, motion sensors for lighting and HVAC control, as well as motorized curtain control through HDL multifunctional panels. If a window in any zone is opened, the system automatically shuts off the HVAC for that zone. After working hours, the system activates all blinds (lowering them in summer and raising them in winter) to reduce air conditioning costs, turns off all lighting, switches the HVAC system to standby mode, and signals the positions of open windows on the central software. Before working hours, the system prepares the workspace by regulating temperature through fan coils and blinds. All system elements can be controlled via computer and mobile application, with user administration featuring different access rights.

Additionally, the building integrates a Schneider Electric BMS system that integrates mechanical and electrical systems. The system monitors and controls 4 air handling units, ventilation, heating substations, fire dampers, electrical distribution, and consumption, as well as the fire protection system.

In 140 branches of NLB Komercijalna Banka, a BMS system has also been implemented that monitors electricity consumption and manages boilers, heating systems, and illuminated signs.

ComData Company was founded in 1992 and specializes in the development and implementation of accounting software and an integrated information system for business monitoring.

In their office space, ION Solutions implemented a BMS that performs the following:

• Management of the thermal substation
• Room recuperation
• Cooling of the server room
• Management of fan coil units
• Management of exhaust fans.
