Located at the northern tip of Istria, features a 5-star rating and spans nearly 85,000m2. It comprises 55 villas and 197 modernly designed apartments built to the highest global technological and ecological standards. Alongside accommodation, guests have access to three restaurants, two pools, a beach, wellness facilities, and sports amenities.
Within the apart-hotel, automation covers 179 hotel apartments, where the Building Management System (BMS) manages:
- Fan coil units for heating and cooling
- Underfloor heating systems
- Boilers
In the public areas of the facility, the BMS controls:
- Fan coil units in shared spaces
- 10 climate chambers
- Two large substations (hot/cold water)
- Pool technology for two pools
- Kitchen and restaurant ventilation
- Underfloor heating.
Additionally, a system for monitoring energy consumption is integrated, which includes reading, storing, preparing data for billing, and displaying data from electricity meters, calorimeters, and water meters. Apart from the apart-hotel, BMS also oversees fan coil units and heat pumps in three buildings comprising a total of 18 apartments. All users have access to the Magiesta application, enabling system control locally and remotely via the internet.
Restauran is located near the Tašmajdan Park, next to the Church of St. Mark, which is one of the most beautiful in Belgrade, gives every guest a sense of peace and makes this place special. In order to better function and easier control of on/off and dimmable lighting, the Smart House system has been implemented in the restaurant.
The Sheraton Hotel is located near the Novi Sad Fair and the city center, at 13,000 square meters, in addition to luxurious rooms and a unique interior, the hotel is located in a congress area. With a total of six conference rooms, a capacity of nearly 800 seats and the ability to host multiple events, the Sheraton Hotel has the potential to host the largest gatherings in the area.
In order to provide complete enjoyment to the guests as well as the employees of Hotel Sheraton, we were responsible for regulating the heating and cooling control in the gym, wellness spa center, rooms for massage, business the club, hallways and 5 meeting rooms, on/off and dimmable lighting in the hallway through all hotel and president apartment, gallery 1 on the first floor, restaurant, smoke zone, reception and curtain control.
Restaurant and cocktail bar Josephine belongs to the group of more glamorous restaurants in Belgrade, which stands out from other cafes because of the elegant and elegant Art Deco style. Considering the size of the building and the amount of lighting in the restaurant, the owner decided to integrate the Smart House system in order to simplify management and easily adjust the atmosphere.
