Hotel Rivijera Crystal, surrounded by pine and linden trees, is located in the town of Petrovac, in the center of the Montenegrin part of the Adriatic coast. To provide complete enjoyment for guests and employees of the Rivijera Crystal hotel, the owners decided to automate the entire building.

Our responsibility included managing air handling units, two domestic hot water preparation plants, lighting, air conditioning units in public areas, monitoring two generators, the transformer station, and breakers. Additionally, besides the BMS system, a system was integrated for managing lighting, blinds, heating/cooling, access control, and hotel signaling in all hotel rooms.
