Building 1700, part of the Airport City business park, has 11 floors, a ground floor, and a basement, and is designed for leasing office space.

A BMS (Building Management System) was implemented to manage:

• 5 air handling units
• 3 chillers with accompanying pumps
• Gas boiler and heat substation
• Exterior and interior lighting
• Fan coil unit operation authorization
• Monitoring of all critical equipment for the uninterrupted functioning of the building.

Through the OPC server, the BMS system for Building 1700 is integrated with the central SCADA software that manages the entire Airport City complex.
