In the central building NLB Komercijalne banke in Podgorica, Montenegro, an identical system has been implemented as in Belgrade. The system manages fan coil units, window open detection, lighting, hot water boilers, and blinds in the commercial space using HDL multifunctional panels.

The BMS monitors and controls a heat pump, machinery station, 3 climate chambers, ventilation, 3 diesel generators, 4 UPS devices, 2 air conditioning units, electricity consumption (30 electric meters), and fire dampers (over 60 fire dampers).
