Industrial buildings
Until recently, the largest unregulated landfill in Europe located in Vinča has undergone a transformation. The new facility has started to incinerate waste, transforming it into energy instead of just accumulating waste as has been done for decades.
To ensure the efficiency of the municipal waste incineration plant and to save energy during its operation, ION Solutions has implemented:
- Monitoring and control of climate chambers
- Monitoring and regulation of temperatures within the facilities
- Monitoring and control of the heating plant
- Monitoring and control of fans in technical rooms
- Monitoring the status of cabinet power supply
- Integration with KNX lighting.
CTP Šimanovci is a production and warehouse facility with administrative and technical sections, offering a total net area of 36,717.26 m2 for warehouse lease.
The implemented BMS enables monitoring and control of:

The factory of the Austrian company Palfinger, partially completed in the "East" industrial zone in Niš, has begun the production of parts for cranes and lifting equipment. The factory is expected to be fully completed by the end of 2027.

The Monus tobacco factory in Inđija is one of the largest and most modern tobacco factories in Southeast Europe. It spans over 22,000 square meters, with 13,010 square meters dedicated to production processes and 7,236 square meters for storage and tobacco shops.
To ensure minimal costs and savings, the entire complex is automated. The implemented system includes monitoring and control of:
- 11 climate chambers for ventilation and air conditioning of production halls and storage areas
- Heating plant for preparation and distribution of hot/cold water
- Two chillers for preparation of cold water
- Ventilation in laboratories, offices, warehouses, and toilets
- Monitoring the status of electrical motor control cabinets and BMS.
Wacker Neuson factory in Kragujevac specializes in manufacturing steel components for excavators, dumpers, wheel loaders, and telescopic loaders.
To optimize costs and savings, ION Solutions implemented a BMS that enables:
- Monitoring electricity consumption, gas meters, and water meters
- Supervision and control of roof domes in the production hall
- Elevator status monitoring
- Substation monitoring
- Lighting control in the production hall.
Forma Ideale is a company founded in 1995 in Kragujevac and has since become a leader in furniture production in Southeast Europe.
ION Solutions has contributed to the automation of their production facility by implementing a BMS system for:
- Monitoring the status of circulation pumps for hot/cold water distribution
- Communication with chillers
- Communication with climate chambers, FanCoils, VRF units
- Monitoring the status of UPS devices
- Communication with diesel generators
- Remote reading of electricity consumption
- Monitoring alarm conditions from the fire alarm panel
- Monitoring alarm conditions of the panic lighting system
- Monitoring the status of the compressor station.
CTP is a logistics park spanning an area of 16 hectares near Kragujevac, with a facility covering 48,512m2.
ION Solutions has implemented a BMS that performs the following functions:
- Management and monitoring of the thermal substation with a cascade of gas boilers
- Preparation of chilled water using five chillers and associated substations
- Monitoring and control of four climate chambers.
