Delta Transport System (DTS) is a company specializing in providing logistics services. It has 20,730 square meters of warehouse space, with a center capacity of 26,000 pallet spaces across various temperature regimes ranging from -20°C to +25°C.

The BMS integrates the following subsystems:

• 4 air handling units and ventilation
• Fan coil management by sector
• Evaporator, humidifier, air cooler, and roof fan systems for different chambers (milk and cheese, fruits and vegetables, chocolate, and deep-freeze chambers). The BMS monitors all critical parameters in the chambers, which are logged to ensure the quality of stored products.
• Substations for the distribution of hot and cold water with chillers and gas boilers.
