The company is engaged in the production of optical instruments and photographic equipment, and therefore the production requires constant lighting. In the production hall, we control 50 roller shutter motors and provide lighting in all hallways and offices, which means smoking with a constant lux function and maintaining a certain level of lighting. Through the Magiesta™ app, employees have the ability to control lighting and blinds and to programme scenario based on their needs.

Also, a central system for supervision and management has been implemented, which is connected to the air conditioning system or heat pump and performs resource management in the substation.

The private company Stublina, whose main activity is the production of drive handles for windows, door handles, locks, cylinder locks and padlocks, has decided to integrate our BMS system. This includes the management of plant cooling systems, cooling and heating of facilities, water supply of the entire system as well as supervision of electrical cabinets and other systems.

In Hutchinson Fuel, which is located in Ruma and occupies an area of 5000 square meters, BMS is integrated, which manages the air conditioning of the entire hall, 2 air chambers, ventilation of machine rooms and substation by heating the building.

Hutchinson is a French factory that produces low pressure rubber hoses located in Ruma. Based on their requests, a central system for monitoring and controlling the ventilation of 4 autoclaves, 2 air chambers for production halls, a thermal substation was realized, and hot water was prepared for the production plant. There is also an integrated system for monitoring electricity consumption as well as monitoring electrical cabinets.

Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems, a leading Chinese company in the design and production of LED lighting for the automotive industry, has built its production and business complex in the industrial zone in Niš. The complex spans 47,000 m2 and has been constructed according to the highest quality standards. Ion Solutions contributed by integrating the following systems:

• Monitoring and control of climate chambers designed for ventilation, heating/cooling of the production facility and administrative building with a kitchen.
• Substations for the production and distribution of cold and hot water for manufacturing purposes.
• Management of kitchen ventilation.
