CTP Šimanovci is a production and warehouse facility with administrative and technical sections, offering a total net area of 36,717.26 m2 for warehouse lease.

The implemented BMS enables monitoring and control of:

• Thermal substation and gas boilers

• Cooling substation and chillers

• Five climate chambers for ventilation and space conditioning

• Calorimeters

• Compressor station

• Sanitary facilities ventilators

• Lighting in the administrative section

• Fan coil units in the administrative building.
