Forma Ideale is a company founded in 1995 in Kragujevac and has since become a leader in furniture production in Southeast Europe.
ION Solutions has contributed to the automation of their production facility by implementing a BMS system for:
- Monitoring the status of circulation pumps for hot/cold water distribution
- Communication with chillers
- Communication with climate chambers, FanCoils, VRF units
- Monitoring the status of UPS devices
- Communication with diesel generators
- Remote reading of electricity consumption
- Monitoring alarm conditions from the fire alarm panel
- Monitoring alarm conditions of the panic lighting system
- Monitoring the status of the compressor station.
The Dutch company CTP has constructed an industrial complex in Novi Sad spanning 60,000m2 for their client Nidec. "Nidec Elesys," a Japanese company, specializes in manufacturing various types of electric motors for the automotive industry. CTP Nidec represents the largest center of this Japanese company in Europe, comprising two facilities: Nidec I and Nidec II.
At Nidec I, ION Solutions automated 2 substations with chillers and gas boilers. Similarly, at Nidec II, 2 substations with gas boilers were also implemented.
CTP is a logistics park spanning an area of 16 hectares near Kragujevac, with a facility covering 48,512m2.
ION Solutions has implemented a BMS that performs the following functions:
- Management and monitoring of the thermal substation with a cascade of gas boilers
- Preparation of chilled water using five chillers and associated substations
- Monitoring and control of four climate chambers.
Italian footwear manufacturing company F.Lli Rossi Shoes has built a production complex in the Industrial Zone in Sombor. It consists of an administrative building, five shoe production plants, warehouse space, an auditorium, a kindergarten for employees' children, business apartment buildings, and two guardhouses. In this complex, a BMS system has been implemented to manage:
- 7 climate chambers
- 5 substations
- 10 heat pumps
- 11 gas boilers
- 6 chillers
- Fan coils in offices, and it monitors electricity consumption.
KLP is a logistics park with a total area of 75,000m2, built to the highest standards of construction and energy efficiency. ION Solutions has integrated a BMS that monitors and controls VRV systems, climate chambers, and chillers.
In addition to the mentioned automation, an SCS (Smart Consumption Solution) has been implemented for reading consumption and billing of electricity and water.
Continental's factory for automotive display production, built and opened in 2021 near Novi Sad.
ION Solutions implemented a system for automatic blinds control with a local weather station and the Magiesta™ application.
The construction of the shopping mall KIKA presupposed the implementation of the monitoring and management system. The system includes zone management (heating/ coling, lighting), managing two HVAC units, chiller, outdoor and indoor lighting, maxigraph, heat substations, etc. This enables adequate monitoring, managing and maintaining of the facility.
