The coal mine is located in the municipality of Pljevlja in the very north of Montenegro. This mine began with more serious and mass production in 1952, when 16,200 tons of coal were produced. In order to raise the security and protection of the business facility to a higher level, a flood detector, temperature and humidity sensor were installed in the premises of the main office building.
