Hotel Pupin, Novi Sad

Pupin's Palace, located in the heart of Novi Sad, consists of business spaces and hospitality areas, including a 4-star hotel. The hotel reflects modern design trends and contains 44 luxuriously equipped rooms, 44 matching garage spaces, a conference hall, a breakfast and brunch restaurant with an open terrace, and two public restaurants with a reputable tradition.

In addition to numerous automation systems, Pupin's Palace welcomes all guests with lighting regulated by sensors and multifunctional panels that simplify locking, unlocking, and efficient electricity consumption by transitioning into standby mode when guests are asleep or not in their rooms.

Nordeus, Belgrade

Nordeus, one of the most successful tech companies in Serbia, fully automated its new building with HDL equipment. The goal of the company was simple – they wanted ideal conditions for all their employees. Given that each of us has a unique idea of "ideal conditions," employees can adjust lighting, heating, cooling, and how sunlight illuminates their workspace. As Nordeus is also aware of the importance of energy efficiency, all systems are sensor-driven. Thus, when the sensors do not detect any employee movement, they automatically shut off or reduce active systems to an optimal minimum.

Ex ing Home 65 Residential-Commercial Building, Belgrade

Ex ing Home, a building that has successfully integrated residential and business spaces, is divided into two sections with a total of 149 modern residential units. From the outset, this company expressed a desire for our design team to follow the most attractive design and the highest quality automation systems available on the market, as their residents are accustomed to such a lifestyle. Therefore, residents have the ability to:

• • Shut off the water supply to their unit in case of extended absence;
  • Optimize electricity consumption based on automation systems that keep major consumers on a "cheaper" electricity tariff;
  • Set the ideal temperature in their homes via multifunctional panels or apps compatible with iOS and Android operating systems;
  • Manage power outlets through apps on their mobile phones, ensuring they don’t worry about leaving devices on;
  • Control the intensity, switching on, and off of lights via programmed scenarios or an app that can be installed on any smart device running iOS or Android;
  • Customize the musical ambiance of their apartments according to existing MP3 files and selected online radio programs. This audio system allows all residents to tailor their musical preferences to the needs and moods of their household;
  • Control blinds through the installed app, multifunctional panel, voice commands, or sensors that "command" the blinds to close if the sunlight increases the temperature in a unit above the preset standard set by the resident;
  • Be notified via the Viber app if sensors detect movement in units where the residents are not present.
