A central system for supervision and management has been implemented in the science and technology park located in Novi Sad (SCADA). This means that there is a central unit, ie. server, which allows monitoring and management of its subsystems belonging to the BMS project. Supervision and management of the thermal substation, chillers, common lighting (corridors, stairs), recuperation units and ventilation are provided.

In all offices and laboratories, automatic control of fan coil units and lighting is provided by means of TAC Xenta 122 FC zone controllers and monitoring of consumption by sectors by means of Power Meter PM 5100 and PM3250.
