A new residential building with an area of 3,500 m2 was built in the penitentiary in Sremska Mitrovica. BMS system includes supervision and management of electricity distribution cabinets, management of 6 recuperator units via ModBus protocol and management of heat substation within which heat pump, electric boiler, preparation and distribution of sanitary hot water and hot water for underfloor heating systems and radiators.
