One of the largest markets in the territory of Serbia, which covers 12,689 square meters and occupies 4 new levels and as such represents a new concept of the appearance of city markets. It consists of two levels that are underground and a basement in which the dairy hall, exchange office, craft part, warehouse part with refrigerators are located.

The market is located at the ground floor level, and instead of the classic stalls, there are modular boxes and modern stalls. In order to make the air quality cleaner, the EcoStruxture software has been implemented, which manages 4 air chambers related to the market, the meat part and for local rooms for employees, heat pumps, circulation pumps and indoor and outdoor lighting. The BMS includes all statuses of fuses per cabinets, garage ventilation and monitoring of sprinkler systems.
