In the Belgrade neighborhood of Dobanovci, VGP Company built an industrial park with spaces available for lease as production and storage facilities. ION Solutions automated two buildings, commissioned by two separate investors: Elektro Mont and Elas.
Building C – Elektro Mont
The BMS system includes consumption monitoring of:
- water meters
- electricity meters
- heat meters (calorimeters)
Additionally, automation of the gas boiler room operation was implemented—integrating gas boilers, circulation pumps, electric valves, sensors, etc.
Building D – Elas
The BMS system includes:
- monitoring the status of truck terminals via electromagnetic contacts
- monitoring water meter consumption
- lighting control in the facility
- control of indoor VRV units
- monitoring the status of elevators.
