Investor Roma Company built an office and warehouse facility on Federika Felinija Street in Belgrade and commissioned ION Solutions to automate the entire complex, which consists of warehouse, technical, and administrative-office sections.

Warehouse Section
The project includes automation of the warehouse area, which consists of a total of five warehouses. Ventilation is provided by two air handling units. The automation system was designed and implemented in compliance with EX standards, due to the presence of explosive substances in the warehouses. The system also includes monitoring of fire protection (FP) dampers.

Technical Section
In the technical area of the building, the BMS system controls a heat recovery unit and an exhaust fan.

Administration (Office Section)
The automation system in the office section manages several HVAC units to ensure optimal working and occupancy conditions for staff. The main component is an air handling unit responsible for air conditioning the entire office area. This system also monitors fire protection dampers and VAV dampers.
In addition, the BMS system controls the heat recovery unit, exhaust ventilation, the pump station, and the sprinkler station.
