Located in the very center of Zlatibor, Hotel Zlatibor is the largest hotel-apartment complex in the area, featuring 160 rooms and 150 apartments.

ION Solutions automated all hotel rooms and apartments with the basic functionalities of the Smart Home system, specifically the hotel version, which includes:

• Room access control

• Heating and cooling via Fan Coil units

• Control of electrical consumers

In the hotel’s common areas, lighting is managed through the system.

A BMS (Building Management System) was also implemented in this complex, which controls:

• 22 air handling units

• Complete pool and spa equipment

• Boiler room with the associated substation

• Well system for supplying and accumulating magnesium-enriched water

• Monitoring of thermal energy consumption using SCS software

• Full monitoring and control of the fire protection system and its executive components.
