In Holiday Inn Express hotel, which is located in the center of Belgrade, we have implemented 5 air handling units, substation guidance which includes heating control through an electric boiler or a heating plant, reheating hot water through a solar panel that includes the protection from legionella, as well as lighting control in lobby corridors, bar, restaurant and the underground parking garage.

The central system for monitoring and management is also in charge of control of 200 fan coils via the local controller which is located in common rooms.
