The 5-star Hotel The Chedi Luštica is located on the seafront in Trašte Bay, 14 km from the center of Tivat. It has a private beach and an outdoor pool and is one of the more luxurious hotels in the area.

To simplify the management of certain devices, a central monitoring and control system was integrated, which includes the integration of water meters, calorimeters, and power meters for commercial spaces and certain hotel blocks.

The system manages air handling units, substations, heat pumps, domestic hot water preparation plants, pool equipment, and ventilation. It also oversees generators, key breakers, the transformer station, the gas plant, and sewage pumps.
