
The General Hospital in Loznica occupies an area of 5,000 square meters of a health institution consisting of 4 levels.
During the reconstruction of this facility, a BMS system was installed, which includes the management of:
- with 9 air chambers via modbus communication
- with hot and cold water substation
- with local exhaust fans.
In addition to managing these systems, the following is also performed:
- regulation of air quality by VAV valves based on temperature and humidity in the room
- maintenance of overpressure in operating rooms via VAV valves based on differential pressure sensor in the room
- monitoring of contamination of "H" filters in operating rooms
- supervision of openness and closure of all PP valves in the building
- chiller control.
