Commercial buildings
In the heart of Belgrade's business district, at the site of the former "Tri lista duvana" tavern, stands a newly constructed commercial building with fully equipped office spaces for rent.
The building has 9 floors with approximately 8,300 square meters of usable space, where a BMS (Building Management System) has been implemented to manage:
- the heat substation,
- the cooling substation,
- 4 air handling units,
- fan coils, and to monitor the energy consumption of the tenants' spaces.
In New Belgrade, Block 65, the investor Exing B&P has built a new modern office building, TB65. This contemporary office facility consists of two sections.
In both sections, ION Solutions has implemented a BMS that manages:
- Air handling units - for the air conditioning and ventilation of office spaces
- Thermal substation - for the production and distribution of hot water
- Fan coil units
- and performs:
- Monitoring of fire system status
- Monitoring of diesel generator status.
In the administrative building of Elektromreže Srbije a.d. in Belgrade, ION Solutions has implemented a BMS (Building Management System) that manages:
- 2 air handling units
- the heating substation
- indoor lighting
- heating and cooling via fan coil units.
