The "Revolucija" Business Center is located in Vračar and spans 10,000 square meters. The "Revolucija" building is a fusion of Belgrade’s old charm and modern office space.
ION Solutions has automated this facility by implementing a BMS system, which includes:
- Delivery of EMP and BMS cabinets for the fire protection and smoke extraction system
- 3 air handling units
- 2 heat pumps
- Delivery of EMP and BMS cabinets for the heating substation system
- Delivery of EMP and BMS cabinets for the PPK system
- 156 zone controllers (thermostats)
- Communication with 600 NovoCom valves, enabling energy consumption monitoring
- Control of VAV dampers across the building
- Ventilation management.
