Nutanix was founded in 2009 and is developing a cloud operating system that controls the data centers of the world's largest companies. 

In the Nutanix building, which is located in Belgrade and is part of the GTC Green Heart complex, the owner decided to introduce the Smart House™ system, with the aim of achieving great 
energy savings and simpler lighting management.

In order to achieve great energy savings and simpler lighting management, the owner decided to introduce the Smart House system. The system includes on/off control and dimmable lighting, heating and cooling as well as smart panels located in the offices.
