Nutanix was founded in 2009 and is developing a cloud operating system that controls the data centers of the world's largest companies. By making hardware infrastructure “invisible”, Nutanix’s focus is on enabling companies to focus on their own products and customers instead of maintaining complex and expensive hardware, thereby lowering costs, increasing security, and controlling IT operations.

In order to achieve great energy savings and simpler lighting management, the owner decided to introduce the Smart House system. The system includes on/off control and dimmable lighting, heating and cooling as well as smart panels located in the offices.
