Company ION Solutions has successfully integrated the BMS system within Mtel's branch office in Podgorica, through which the complete heating, cooling and ventilation system of the building is managed, which includes:

• Heat substation
• Air conditioning chamber
• Smoke systems
• Fire alarm

The building consists of 8 floors with a basement. Heating and cooling of the building is realized in several ways: one heat pump is used for the air chamber system, while the other heat pump is used to prepare water for underfloor and ceiling heating/cooling. Also, there is a VRV system with 3 outdoor units and 37 parapets, ceiling, and wall indoor units. Management is realized through zone controllers TAC Xenta based on LonWorks protocol, which are connected to the main controller Automation Server on which SCADA is implemented (graphical application software for monitoring and control of the entire system). The system is accessed via a Web server application.
