The office building in New Belgrade, recognizable by the Hyundai showroom and service, with a total area of about 13,000 m2 owned by the company Milanković Property is another building in which the old non-functional BMS was replaced. Automation was made for six air chambers, four chillers, two gas boilers, accompanying heat substations, ventilation and overpressure systems. In addition to the mentioned automation, a system for reading electric meters, water meters and calorimeters was issued with the issuance of invoices.
