The former "Žitomlin" building has been transformed into a new business space named Artklasa, bringing together the local technology and creative community under one roof. With a gross area of 14,850m² and a 900m² terrace, it serves as an extension of Silos, an urban gathering place where many Belgraders come to enjoy and work.

ION Solutions implemented a BMS (Building Management System) in this facility, which:

• Controls 5 air handling units and monitors component statuses with the capability to change the set temperature and adjust the time schedule for the operation of the air handling units.
• Monitors the statuses of switches and circuit breakers across 40 electrical cabinets.
• Tracks the statuses of all fire dampers.
• Manages and monitors the statuses of 3 ventilation units on recuperators.
• Monitors parameters and electrical energy consumption across 124 electric meters in the facility.
