Villa Mir, located in the residential area of Dedinje in the capital, on an estate of six hectares, is part of a state complex that includes two other buildings - a hunting lodge and a billiard house. It is used for the reception and accommodation of the highest foreign officials visiting Serbia.

A BMS system has been installed in Villa Mir to monitor the status of electrical distribution, ventilation systems, and heating and cooling systems.

In addition to the BMS, an HDL smart home system has been installed, enabling control of lighting, heating, and cooling in the apartments and other public spaces via smart panels and the Magiesta™ application.
